Mass Produced Sets of Defunct Leagues

I've always been fascinated by the rise and fall of rival sports leagues. There have been a fair amount of cards produced with some pretty interesting results. Some leagues, such as the American Football League have successfully merged with it's more established counterpart. Other leagues like the ABA and WHA found ways to ship their domainate franchises to the big arenas. Others have vanished without a trace, here is a list of mass produced sets, this does not include regional issues.
